Barnacle Detailing – Return & Refund Policy
At Barnacle Detailing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Service Issues
If the quality of the detailing does not meet the agreed-upon standard, we will:

Re-inspect the vessel, and
-
Provide a free touch-up or correction of the areas of concern.
Refunds
Because we provide labour-based services, refunds are generally not offered after the service has been completed. However, refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

A significant portion of the service was not performed, or
-
There was an error on our part that cannot be corrected.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
